These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Toast to Coast website (toasttocoast.net) and our day-trip services. By using our website or booking a trip, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Toast to Coast provides guided, small-group day trips from the Portland, Oregon area to destinations on the Oregon coast, including round-trip transportation and a guide. Specific inclusions are listed on each trip.

Bookings & Payment

Trip reservations and payments are made through our third-party booking provider. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before booking. Your reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us or our booking provider. Seats are limited and offered on a first-come basis.

What's Included

Each trip page describes what is included (such as transportation, a guide, and snacks & non-alcoholic beverages). Unless stated otherwise, meals and shopping are not included and are at your own discretion.

Health, Mobility & Suitability

Our trips are designed for comfortable, relaxed pacing and accessibility. However, you are responsible for assessing whether a trip is suitable for your own health, mobility, and medical needs. Please tell us about any accessibility requirements or medical considerations in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you. You agree to follow your guide's reasonable instructions during the trip.

Assumption of Risk

Coastal and outdoor activities involve inherent risks (such as uneven ground, weather, and water). You participate voluntarily and accept these risks. You are responsible for your own personal belongings.

Changes by Us

We may adjust or modify a trip's itinerary, stops, or timing for reasons including weather, safety, road conditions, or seasonal availability (for example, the scenic railroad operates seasonally). If we cancel a trip, our Cancellation Policy applies.

Cancellations by You

Cancellations and changes you make are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Conduct

We want every guest to have a safe, enjoyable day. We reserve the right to decline or end service for behavior that is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to other guests, without refund.

Photography

We may occasionally take photos during trips for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any photos, please let your guide know.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toast to Coast and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in a trip. Our website and services are provided on an "as is" basis.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes.
